A.R.T. stands for Autonomic Response Testing. A.R.T. offers individualized treatment plan for you. Treating Lyme disease has been amongst the most difficult diseases to treat because of its complex nature. This article isn’t so much about the complexity of Lyme disease, more so, how to heal from it.

Furthermore, A.R.T. offers a fairly quick and accurate method of finding the underlying causative factors of an illness. It is a comprehensive diagnostic system used to correct problems of the autonomic nervous system. My personal doctor uses this technique and finds in invaluable. Find her quote in this article, 5 Questions to Ask Your Lyme Disease Doctor | Lyme Revival.

A.R.T. is a diagnostic tool at the physicians ready to determine what is causing a patient to be ill.

For example:

  • checks for viruses
  • mold & mycotoxins
  • heavy metal toxicity
  • Lyme bacteria & all co-infections
  • nutrient deficiencies
  • parasites
  • traumas & unresolved emotions

To over simplify it, A.R.T. takes the “guessing game” out of your treatment plan and asks your individual body what it needs at that given time to heal.

Individualized Treatment Plan

This is my private and personalized treatment plan using A.R.T. I have one for every six weeks since May of 2020. Checking in regularly with your Lyme doctor is important because the causative factors of our illness adapt and change quickly.

This plan will in no way help someone else, but I wanted to share how specific and individualized it is just for me. In addition, for anyone that doesn’t understand how expensive chronic Lyme disease is I spent $837.00 when ordering supplies for this protocol, with my practitioner discount. This should get me through most of the six weeks, but sometimes I need to order refills for the things I take regularly. My health is the most expensive item in our budget!

How To Find A.R.T. Provider

If you have any questions specifically on how A.R.T. has helped me please reach out! If you knew me in person you would know that I don’t easily recommend doctors, or things in general, unless they are top notch.

My personal doctor who I highly recommend is Dr. Jennifer Grushon.

This video is older but shows Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt speaking on A.R.T. to give you a deeper understanding of what it is.

My goal is writing this article is to share how A.R.T. has helped me and the knowledge that it can help anyone suffering from chronic Lyme disease or other chronic illnesses. I urge you to stop spending your precious resources on doctors and treatments that don’t help you feel better. You may spend a lifetime sick if you don’t make the choice to find someone to help you actually heal. It makes me so sad when I see that people have suffered for years and continue to live like that not knowing there is help out there. It also saddens me that people are saying it is quack medicine, maybe for people that aren’t trained by Dr. Klinghardt and his team. Don’t take my word for it, find out for yourself. Best wishes to you and your loved ones on their healing journeys.
